We bring the party to you — here's everything you need to know
For most products — including jumping castles, waterslides, and larger inflatables — one of our team will arrive at your location, handle the full setup, and return at the end of your hire to pack everything down. You don't need to lift a finger.
Smaller items such as slushie machines, fairy floss machines, and compact inflatables can be self-collected and set up yourself. This is a great way to save on delivery costs — just come to us in Karana Downs at an arranged time.
We'll work with you to find delivery and collection times that suit your event. Once your booking is confirmed we'll be in touch to lock in the details and give you a 3-hour arrival window on the day.
If your event is outside our standard delivery area, place a booking request and we'll be in touch within 24 hours with a delivery quote. We cover a wide area and are happy to discuss options.
